Laughter therapy is a guided, body-based practice that combines breathing, gentle movement, and intentional laughter. It works even without jokes—because the body can access the benefits of laughter through physiology (breath, facial feedback, rhythm, and social cues). In our sessions we keep it practical, inclusive, and optionally seated.
02 Is it safe? Yes for most people; movements are gentle with seated options.
Most participants can join safely. We avoid intense exertion, offer alternatives, and encourage staying within your comfort range. If you’re pregnant, have cardiac or respiratory conditions, recent surgery, or any concern, consult your clinician first and let us know so we can adapt the session.
03 Do you run corporate programs? Workshops, ongoing programs, and leadership-friendly formats.
Yes. We design sessions for teams: 30–90 minute workshops, recurring wellness blocks, and leader-focused routines that are realistic for meetings. Formats can be camera-on or camera-optional, with an emphasis on psychological safety and opt-in participation.
04 Do I need any equipment? No—just a little space and comfortable clothing.
No equipment required. A chair is optional. You can participate fully in a small space—focus is on breath, posture, facial expression, and playful vocal patterns, not on large movements.
05 Does it work online? Yes—structure and rhythm translate well to video sessions.
Online sessions work surprisingly well because the practice is guided and rhythmic. You’ll get clear cues for breathing, timing, and gentle movement. We also use short “reset” moments so you never feel stuck performing.
06 What if I feel awkward or “fake laughing”? That’s normal—awkwardness is part of the ramp-up.
Totally normal. We start with breath and micro-smiles, then build toward laughter gradually. Many people notice that once breathing and posture change, laughter becomes more spontaneous. Participation is opt-in at every step—quiet smiling is still valid practice.
07 Is this medical treatment? No—this is a wellness practice, not a replacement for care.
It’s a wellness and skill-building practice. It can support stress management and mood routines, but it does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. If you have symptoms, follow professional guidance.
